Strategic action at the start of a project to future-proof your home will provide the flexibility to adapt easily. Hence, it works better and harder for your changing needs, improving your quality of life. It will also negate the need for expensive refurbs down the line.

You have already considerably invested in furnishings and finishes for your space. Where it makes sense to do so, I will happily look at repurposing existing furniture and finishes. However, on some occasions, you may need to revisit furniture specifications if it's not fit for purpose or the space that you have.
